In this devblog, I give an overview of text input in console games dating back to the NES through the PS4. Then I talk about how I iterated towards a text input interface that suits the action in Slashcards.
Meanwhile I'm just polishing an updated preview -- meant to do this sooner but a newborn baby kept distracting me.
